Daniil Medvedev vs Yuki Bhambri Tennis Prediction

Daniil Medvedev is one of those players who can’t wait for the grass season to start having endured a tough time on clay over the past two months. Apart from defeating Marton Fucsovics in his very first match of the clay season at Monte Carlo, the Russian youngster lost the following five matches.
The 2018 ATP Sydney Champion has done exceptionally well on grass so far in his career. He played his first match on grass in 2016 and posted an impressive 9/3, including a round of 16 appearance here at Hertogenbosch. In 2017, he bettered it by registering ten wins on grass (10/4) and also made the quarterfinal of this tournament.
However, Daniil Medvedev had a forgettable finish to the grass season in 2017, as he lost his cool and threw coins at umpire’s chair after suffering a tough defeat at the hands of Ruben Bemelmans in Wimbledon.
After losing early in the French Open, Yuki Bhambri entered the Surbiton Challenger (Grass) last week where he faced three Australian opponents during his quarterfinal run, defeated Thanasi Kokkinakis and Alex Bolt but lost to Alex De Minaur.
For Yuki Bhambri, this is not just his debut in Hertogenbosch but also his first-ever appearance in a grass tour-level event (excluding grand slam).
These two players met once in the semifinal of Shanghai Challenger in 2015 when Daniil Medvedev was forced to retire after losing the first set. However, Medvedev is the better player on grass, and he should be able to win this, provided he plays to the best of his ability.
